Press brakes

Many folding machines includes machines with a working length of 1 250 mm - 6100 mm and power of 350 - 6 000 kN from conventional to fully CNC controlled machines with excellent proven management system DELEM. For those processors of sheet which would not be enough, we can connect two press brakes in tandem and thus we get a working length of up to 12 000 mm and power up to 12 000 kN.

Table shears

Electro-mechanical or hydraulic shears with shear capacity of 3 to 25 mm and the shear length of 1 350-6 070 mm. Equipment and construction machinery and control system can be adjusted to suit your individual needs.

Rolling machines

The machines supplied by us you can work only with sheets, but also with profiled material. Sheet metal bending machines are two, three or four-cylinder. Machines can be equipped with CNC control operation cycle, which will streamline your production process and automated rolling, suitable for mass production.

Hole punching (blanking) press

Hole punching presses with hydraulic or servo electric drive, with frameworks and O-shaped tool head turret, where the system turns punching tool and the matrix exactly in their tool holders using the AC-servo motor. Auto index is firmly built into the top and bottom of the machine frame, the gun is not built any transfers.

Laser center

Laser with flying optics and high-speed positioning system based on numerically controlled linear drives, which contain no parts susceptible to wear. No friction, which achieves high speed and high accuracy.

Bending machines
